Agile Group defined key components, modules, interfaces, and data for updating systems to meet specified requirements by providing multiple fact sheets per project.


We created systems with admin functions, established business rules, and models for the timely delivery of sprints. We then developed user-friendly interfaces to report specified milestones.


We ensured accuracy and reliability of data against current feature descriptions. Our team was on hand through beta testing with project schedule prioritization and issue resolution.


We employed regression testing, identified bugs, and provided fixes and re-released in versions as necessary. We created User Acceptance Testing and updated the release products to fix issues.

​In this project, Agile Group leveraged Performance Dashboard expertise to identify key project fact sheet elements such as the scope, schedule, budget and project manager narrative. We further leveraged third party software development tools, and integrated GOTS systems to provide fact sheet output via PDF and MS Word.

As part of the deployment, we developed and delivered mass communications to all stakeholders informing them of updated systems and processes. We created user-friendly Quick Start Guides for end users, which were developed and distributed to add details for new features and functions concurrent with the official launch.

We retain a deep relationship working with U.S. Federal Government, including Customs and Border Protection and USACE.
