Logistics & Data Analysis
US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Border Fence Program
Project Management
Agile Group collaborated with government-based agencies to coordinate, plan, and design projects to build the border fence. We developed Project Management Plans (PMPs).
Scheduling
Our team created schedules for managing border fence construction. Schedules included Government Furnished Material (GFM), ordering and pickup, site preparation, detailed construction, reviews and inspections.
Data Analysis
Agile Group created metrics and analysis tools to monitor project status and effectiveness. The earned value and associated KPIs were calculated and monitored throughout the project to measure project performance.
SharePoint Development & Maintenance
We increased communication among stakeholders by establishing a portal to organize all program and project documentation to include documents, status, reports, updates, and drawings.
For this project, Agile Group executed USACE Primavera and scheduling contracts for an array of services across geographically-dispersed offices. We maintained highly complex software tools to meet the diverse needs of a wide-breadth of functionally-diverse Federal business units.
A key part of our work on this project was developing systems to manage the complete supply chain to support border fence construction for GFM. We tracked orders from contractors through vendors, and managed all aspects from delivery, construction and waste/recycling to project updates, data input and schedule verification.
We retain a deep relationship working with the U.S. Federal Government, including Customs and Border Protection and USACE.
