Executive Administrative Assistant – CBP BI, Secret, or Top Secret Clearance
About The Position

Description: This position is primarily onsite in downtown Washington, D.C. (near the White House) and requires a consistent in-person presence supporting senior leadership. Limited telework may be available on an occasional basis depending on mission requirements, workload, and supervisor approval. Candidates should be local to the D.C. metropolitan area and able to reliably commute onsite each workday.
Summary: Agile Group seeks an Executive Administrative Assistant to support administrative and operational activities with our U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) client in Washington, DC. This role requires on-site and remote work with expectations for periodic in-office presence. The ideal candidate will have an active CBP BI or an Active Secret or Top Secret clearance.
This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You will support the team in ensuring smooth business operations and provide administrative support to senior management, federal clients, and ongoing projects.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the business operations team and senior management clients
- Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and project timelines
- Assist with document preparation, including presentations, reports, and spreadsheets
- Support project management activities, including task tracking and follow-ups
- Maintain records and files in an organized manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle sensitive information securely
- Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operational workflows
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must have a CBP BI Public Trust security clearance or an Active Secret or Top Secret clearance
- Proven experience in administrative support or business operations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to handle sensitive information appropriately
